Cheese is a four-day journey through the universe of milk and cheese. This year it is also a route to discover the most authentic side of Piedmont: from Turin to the Langhe, through the aromas and perfumes that have made it one of the paradises of world enogastronomy.
The journey starts in Turin, the city of the Winter Olympics which melts Baroque art and modern style, to continue towards the gentle hills of the Langhe and their unique great wines and to sumptuous royal residences.
Several stopping points characterize this route, to let you better enjoy the taste of tradition and the results of innovation:
the Slow Day – on Monday or on Sunday – will take the participants to the court of the protagonist of Italian cuisine through a vortex of perfumes and aromas. Cheese, wine and pizza are just some of the stars that you will meet in the Gran Sala of Cheese or in the village of Pollenzo.
